How do I become a member?

If you are interested in becoming a member of EDN, please read the following information and fill out the online member application form.

How can being a member benefit me?

EDN's membership includes:

• quarterly newsletters
• networking sessions
• up-to-date information on funding sources
• information exchanged among members through self-help and mutual support
• directory listing members including business type, location and other information
• website with useful business information and promotional opportunities

I live outside of Nova Scotia. Can I still be a member?

Yes. EDN has members in:

• All Ten Canadian Provinces
• The United States
• India
• The Philippines
• The United Kingdom
• Australia

Is there a membership fee?

Yes, membership fees are due annually.

• Individual Membership $20.00
• Group / Organization Membership $50.00
• Sponsored Membership*

*Individuals can apply to have their membership fee sponsored for one year. Community Sponsors who encourage entrepreneurship and promote EDN make sponsored membership possible by their generous financial contributions.

What is the 'Members Only Section' and how can I get to it?

The 'Members Only' section is a password protected private web division reserved for paid members only. This section is currently being developed and once you become a member you will be given more information.

I want to apply, what do I do next?

Please fill out the form on our membership application page. Once this is submitted you will then be asked for payment. Membership is only confirmed once payment has been received.
